Square Video Workshops - Terms & Conditions

1. Participation & Health

By booking and attending the workshop, participants confirm that they are physically fit to take part in a movement-based session. The workshop includes physical activity comparable to a dance class and may involve repetition, coordination, and floor work.

Participants are responsible for informing Constant Vigier of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to the workshop.

Participation is voluntary, and individuals take part at their own discretion.

2. Assumption of Risk

Dance and movement-based activities involve inherent physical risk. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

Constant Vigier accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the workshop.

Participants are encouraged to work within their own physical limits at all times.

3. Filming & Media Consent

The workshop includes individual filming as part of the creative process.

By booking and attending, participants grant Constant Vigier permission to:

• Film and record their participation

• Edit and incorporate footage into a final square video work

• Use the material for artistic, promotional, archival, and online purposes (including website and social media)

Participants will receive a copy of the final edited video.
If a participant does not wish their footage to be used for promotional purposes, this must be communicated in writing prior to the workshop.

4. Intellectual Property

The final edited video remains the artistic work of Constant Vigier. Participants are free to share the completed video for personal and professional purposes, but the work may not be altered, re-edited, or commercially redistributed without written permission.

5. Payment & Cancellation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the workshop may be eligible for a refund or transfer (at the organiser’s discretion). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.

If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

6. Data & Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for administrative and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties. Participants may request removal from mailing lists at any time.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent prior to participation.
